Solution
An easy to use interface built on a flexible framework allowing customers to access many facets of their accounts and employing the full power of the technology backbone. Customers were empowered with the ability to make changes to their accounts, run usage reports on their properties and identify areas where utility theft was occuring.
Results
The application reduced paper bills, support center calls and exposed utility theft where properties were previously unable to detect. Thus implementing a value-added feature that none of it's competitors were able to offer. The tool's capabilities not only allowed the company to land larger accounts, it reduced call center traffic and the dedicated resources that were previously required.
